SDO names January 2023 awardees
Schools Division of Paraǹaque sustains the rewards and recognition system as a motivating factor for its employees to strengthen work productivity and customer satisfaction.
Having earned the highest percentage of 100, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Violeta M. Gonzales took pride as her office, the OASDS, avowed as one of the awardees of the Run for 100, which Dr. Evangeline P. Ladines of the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS) bestowed on February 6, 2020, at the SDO-Jaime Ferrer Hall.
The other unit heads whose offices likewise received the same award were Salve D. Tesorero of the Admin; Clea Nopuente, Records; Vicente Pelayo, Supply; Ivy Diane Capili, Cash; Shirly Trinidad, Accounting; Adelina V. Dela Cruz Budget; Al C. Catchillar, ICT; and Hector Hughes Ngales, Legal.
Run for 100, an innovation of the 7s of Good Housekeeping has been implemented to recognize the division, sections, and units improving the efficiency of the entire SDO offices by lessening the transaction period of the documents and ensuring that these were in order, accurate, and compliant with the DepEd Manual of Style (DMOS) before submitted to the OSDS.
On the other hand, the 7s likewise declared the awardees for January 2023. They were Agatha Therese Amaba for the Level 1 & Level 2 Personnel category, Hadji Vinluan for the Utility category, and Accounting for the office category. Public Schools District Supervisors Dr. Mineilwin R. Serdaǹa, Dr. Ma. Dolora M. Zaragoza, Dr. Nelita F. Belena, and Leonora J. Nofuente facilitated the 7s awards.
As regards Project MORE (MOments of Recognition for Excellence), Education Program Supervisor for SGOD, Dr. Rosie O. Rumbaoa, announced Leo Jonathan Argel as the Most Outstanding Employee for January 2023.
