Another feather on its cap for SDO Parañaque.

SDO Parañaque PASSED the Maturity Level II of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) with an impressive one hundred percent compliant in each of the four Core HR Systems: Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP); Performance Management (PM), Learning and Delivery (LD), and Rewards and Recognition (RR).

This was disclosed at the exit conference of the Virtual Assessment by the Civil Service Commission – National Capital Region (CSC-NCR) to the SDO on August 10-13, 2021, via Zoom.

During the assessment, CSC-NCR validated the evidence requirements (ERs) of the SDO’s self-assessment results which covered the Core HR Systems (RSP, PM, LD, and RR) and competencies.

ERs validation comprised virtual interviews with 50 randomly selected SDO personnel to confirm the implementation and effectiveness of the HR systems. Those interviewed were the division’s top management, focal persons, and Levels 1 and 2 personnel.

For this feat, the SDO will soon receive the Bronze award with the recommendation of the CSC-NCR Assessment Team.

Dir. Philip C. Apostol led the team, while the members were: Dir. Cesar R. Garduque Jr, Dir. Margarita G. Reyes, Dir. Noel V. Salumbides, Senior HR Specialist Georgielyn Y. Kamasi, Senior HR Specialist Rosie D. Perlas, and HR Specialist Roselyn S. Villasin (Zoom host).

Schools Division Superintendent Evangeline P. Ladines and Dr. Violeta M. Gonzales, OIC of the Office of the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, commended the unprecedented collaborative efforts extended by all SDO personnel, particularly the hard work of Ms. Sheryl R. Castillo, Admin Officer for HR, and Dr. Rosie Rumbaoa, Senior Education Program Specialist, in the tedious preparation of the documents and proper coordination with the personnel concerned.

SDO Paraňaque maintains its commitment to sustain PRIME -HRM until it reaches the highest level of meritorious and excellent service for all the clients. (by Reena G. Orquina)
