In support to Department of Education’s Thrust to deliver quality education and make curriculum relevant, effective and responsive to the needs of every learner, Division of Paranaque has institutionalized several programs and projects by giving proper governance.

► Monitoring of School Building Program
► Construction of Water and Sanitation Facilities
► Repair and Rehabilitation of Water and Sanitation Facilities
► Pasko sa Puso ng Supremo
► Intensified Basic Education Curriculum Training Program
- – Stronger integration of competencies within and across the learning areas
- – No overloading and under loading of teachers
- – Using appropriate textbooks and teacher made instructional materials
- – Using television, cassette tapes/ CDs in teaching Science (CONSTEL materials) and other subject areas
- – Attending seminars and in-service trainings in all subject areas
► Computer Education for Public Elementary Schools
► Advocacy on Philippine Accreditation System of Basic Education ( PASBE)
- – Intensify partnership with different stakeholders of education for school improvement
- – Increase resources to pursue significant change
- – Observe culture of excellence and accountability in instruction and management
► Intensified School-Based Instructional Supervision (ISBIS) – This is an answer to the low performance of Grade 3 pupils in the three (3) areas: English, Science and Mathematics
► Organize Foreign Language Program – Deutsch Class ( German)
► Intensive Remedial Instruction to slow and struggling teachers
► Construction of NAT parallel tests
► Construction of materials based on least mastered skills
► Use of updated and modern technology in instruction
► Adopt appropriate multi-approaches/strategies in teaching
► POEM (Program on Excellence in Mathematics)
► MTAP (Mathematics Teachers Association of the Philippines) Saturday Classes for Regular and Talented Pupils/Students
