SDO top execs show off to personnel the coveted PRIME-HRM bronze; 7s awardees for May 2022 named

It is not every day that the ordinary Monday becomes extraordinary.

The usual flag ceremony of the Schools Division Office of Paraῆaque became remarkable with the presentation to all non-teaching personnel of the Bronze Award plaque, which the Civil Service Commission of the National Capital Region conferred to the division during the Awarding Ceremonies of Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) on June 8, 2022, at Luxent Hotel, Quezon City.

Dr. Evangeline P. Ladines and Dr. Violeta M. Gonzales turned over the plaque through Administrative Officer Sheryl Roque-Castillo, HRM unit head, and SGOD-EPS Rosie O. Rumbaoa, former SEPS of HR at that time of the gathering of the documentary requirements.

“This plaque is the proof of your hard work; We hope that you will continue to demonstrate excellence in the processes and work harder to advance to the next level,” challenged Dr. Ladines, adding that every milestone of the division deserves a celebration.

Meanwhile, the Division 7s (sort, systematize, sweep, standardize, safety, self-discipline, and sustain) Committee identified the personnel awardees for May to wit: Admin Assistant Kimberly Ann Pelovello and Mr. Charles Pasion (Utility), while the Budget unit grabbed the office award. The said awardees received a recognition certificate. (by Reena G. Orquina)
